We will send you a label for free if there is an issue with the item you purchased from us within one year of delivery and the issue is not caused by human error or intentionally incurred.

We use secured payment gateways like Shopify Payments, PayPal, Amazon Pay, etc. We don't have direct access to customers' payment information, so we cannot charge customers without customers actively initiating payments.

You may purchase Route Package Protection during checkout or contact us to purchase before the item(s) shipped. You may also purchase additional coverage for accidental damage or extended warranty from Clyde, which are linked on corresponding product pages.

Customers may request return, exchange, warranty, or repair services by clicking on the button below. Within 30 days upon receipt of the order, return or exchange request can be submitted. After 30 days of receipt and within warranty period, only free repair is guaranteed, although we may do exchange at our discretion. Late returns subject to restocking fee if approved. Out of warranty period, part and labor costs apply if you request repair services.
